I have been using korean red ginseng for about 8 months now on a daily basis. I have tried cut grade pure extract, 3g concentration sticks, pills, paste and several featured products. This is a surprising good discovery. At only 650mg ginseng extract, I still can feel the boost for quite a few hours. It is more effective than the 2g sticks sometimes without giving me a overracing heart rate. Good for beginner to use, not really limit to kids.
