I’ve tried various ginseng products from KGC and they have always had positive effect on me. This one is not an exception now that I tried it for two weeks. This one is specifically formulated with added elderberry juice extract, which is rich source of Vitamin C that is good to fight the flu/cold and boosts the immune system. There is a slight hint of sweet taste (because of the elderberry juice), but there’s distinctive bitter ginseng taste, and overall it is not too bad even for someone who is not used to the ginseng taste. Each stick has a very tiny amount of liquid, and it is easy to tear open without making a mess and easy to drink. There are only ten sticks in the box, so it comes down to $2 per stick, and I do think it is very much worth it compared to those artificial ingredients of other kinds of energy drinks. Overall, this booster has been working great. I usually take these after a workout for quick recovery, and usually I feel the effectiveness quickly. Also, there are so many ginseng products on online market, and I don’t trust any of unknown brand/seller, except the ones from KGC, which is well known and trustworthy for many decades. This Koreselect Extra Strength Immunity Booster is a nice quality, and I've been taking it in my tea without any issues. It doesn't cause any digestive upsets or bad side effects, and I like getting the extra immune boost overall. I was worried it was going to taste bad, but it's far milder than I was anticipating, which makes it far more palatable and versatile for consuming. The elderberry extract helps to soften the bitterness. It also has a bit of agave as a sweetener. I don't really know if these supplements actually do anything but they do make me feel better and even if it is a placebo effect, it is well worth it to avoid getting sick.I have severe allergies that usually lead to sinus and sore throat issues. This little tube helped control that horrible feeling. I did take this after eating since ginseng can upset my stomach and I didn't want to take a chance. I did try it the next day on an empty stomach with no issues.
