Ginseng has a whole bunch of overall health benefits but the main reason I got this was for the extra kick of energy. Gives you a little jolt of energy. Taste is solid. I'd say you get a decent amount for the price, quality ginseng is normally pricey due to the fact it takes forever to grow. Overall good product.

The product arrived in the most beautiful package I have seen before and you can tell they really care about the presentation of the product. It's a 6 pack and inside one larger box are 6 smaller boxes. Inside each of the smaller boxes is a small bag containing the red ginseng. It also provides stickers to fold the bag shut for later consumption. The texture reminds me of a dried fruit, but I'm not a fan of the taste at all as it is very bitter. I taste no sweetness in this even though it was pickled in honey. It is also quite hard to chew. I can't really compare it to other red ginseng because this is the first I've had it, but I'm definitely not a fan of it.
